Iain MacilleChiar gave an in-person talk to NOSAS on 14th April 2022 on the subject of Gaelic in the Landscape. He showed the progression of Indo-European languages across Europe in pre-history, and then the changing languages of Scotland until the present day. This then led him to explore the placenames found in the landscape and their language origins.
